Meet Kristen (she/her)
Kristen Lancaster, M.S., BCBA, has more than 10 years of experience providing ABA services to children and families in Central Florida. She is currently completing a dissertation with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology on the topic of identity affirmation in ABA.
Kristen specializes in providing ABA services to children ages 0-12 to grow their relational, developmental, and cognitive skills. She is passionate about providing identity affirming care, building on individual strengths, and working with families to nurture their child's growth and the parent-child relationship. She designs therapy sessions to engage the client and to create an environment in which they feel supported, valued, and respected. This is achieved by prioritizing client preferences and fostering emotional well-being with a nurturing and assent-based model of care.
Kristen is a member, ally and advocate for Gender and Sexual Minorities (GSM).
