Dr. Kristen Lancaster and Arin Donovan each have more than 10 years of experience providing ABA services to children ages 2-16. They combine applied behavior analysis with acceptance and commitment therapy to improve psychological flexibility, reduce challenging behaviors, and grow relational and social-emotional skills. Therapy sessions are designed to ensure every client feels supported, valued, and respected. This is achieved by prioritizing client preferences and fostering emotional well-being with a nurturing, assent-based model of care. Kristen's approach is ideal for families with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, big life changes, and those who came into the world wired for intensity.
Arin is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and brings a unique understanding of the human body, physiology, and the benefits of massage and bodywork to behavioral services. Additionally, Arin’s therapeutic practice is informed by their personal journey as a parent. Having adopted several children from the foster care system, Arin has personal experience addressing the challenges that come with foster care, adoption, and attachment.
